Infant Daycare in Richton Park, IL

Handing your baby to someone else for the first time is hard. In a licensed home like ours, your infant is cared for by the same person every single day, in the same quiet room, on the schedule you already use at home.

Infant care space at Cheerful Moments Home Daycare in Richton Park, IL
Same caregiver daily

No room rotations, no shift changes, no revolving staff.

Your feeding schedule

Breast milk and formula prepared exactly to your instructions.

Safe-sleep certified

SIDS-certified, CPR/AED and BLS provider on site at all times.

Daily written report

Bottles, diapers, naps and milestones, sent home every day.

Your baby's routine, not ours

We follow your feeding and nap schedule rather than forcing a room-wide timetable. Bottles are prepared and labeled to your instructions, solids are introduced only when you say so, and nap times shift as your baby's rhythm changes.

Because this is a home rather than a center, your infant is not moved between rooms or handed off at shift changes. Evonda is the constant, which is exactly what attachment research says babies under a year need most.

Safe sleep, taken seriously

Evonda holds Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) certification and Shaken Baby Syndrome Awareness training, and is a Basic Life Support and CPR/AED provider. Infants sleep on their backs, in their own crib, in a bare sleep space, with the room in direct line of sight.

You hear from us every day

Every day ends with a report: bottles taken, diapers, how long naps ran, tummy-time minutes and the small firsts you would hate to miss. Photos and texts during the day are welcome and normal here.

Infant Care questions parents ask

What is the youngest age you accept?
We take infants from six weeks. Get in touch early if you are expecting, because infant spots are the first to fill.
Do I provide bottles and diapers?
Yes, parents send bottles, breast milk or formula, diapers and wipes. Meals and snacks for older babies on solids are prepared here at no extra cost.
Can I stop in during the day?
Always. Parents of enrolled children are welcome any time we are open, without an appointment.
